Job Description:
- Lead And Manage A Team Of 3D Artists, Providing Guidance And Support To Ensure The Delivery Of High-quality 3D Assets For Our Unique AR Product
- Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams To Define And Execute On Project Goals And Time-lines
- Plan And Manage Project Resources To Ensure Timely And Efficient Delivery Of 3D Assets
- Maintain And Improve Production Pipelines And Work-flows To Increase Efficiency And Quality
- Manage The Performance Of The 3D Art Team, Providing Feedback And Coaching As Needed To Ensure Continuous Improvement
- Keep Up-to-date With Industry Trends And Technologies To Ensure That Our 3D Art Team Remains At The Forefront Of The Industry
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record of working on AAA game titles with at least 6 years of relevant experience in 3D game art
- Strong technical skills in 3D asset creation, including modeling, texturing, and lighting, with experience in leading a team of artists
- Strong management skills, including project management, resource planning, team leadership, and performance management
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and product managers
- Experience with industry-standard 3D software packages such as Maya, ZBrush, and Photoshop
- A passion for AR and AI technologies and their potential impact on the future of gaming
