Job Description:
- Map Category And Sub Categories Landscape, And Define Priority On Which Segment To Be Developed In Collaboration With Merchant And Merchandise Strategy Team
- Define A Go-to Market Strategy For A Category/sub-category
- Plan, Execute And Maintain Category Performance (from Acquisition To Incubation And Development)
- Build A Robust Team, And Manage Collaborative And Goal-oriented Team Culture
- Doing Negotiation With The Seller, Performance, Potential Risk And Price Competitiveness
- Come Up With Initiatives To Continuously Improve Competitiveness Advantage
Job Requirements:
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree or above in any field
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in e-commerce or Beauty Brands
- Proven track record in managing related category
- Have a strong connections with brands and big sellers are preferred
- Good understanding of Health product policies and regulation in the industry
- Possess a strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Have an excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Have an outstanding presentation and problem solving skill
- Performed well in team setting and adaptive to changes
- Skilled in operating Ms. Excel & Ms. PowerPoint
- Proficiencies in English and local Indonesian languages are compulsory.
