Job Description:
- Develop And Execute Account Plans To Achieve Sales Targets And Grow Market Share
- Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Key Decision Makers In Assigned Accounts
- Conduct Regular Business Reviews With Clients To Identify Opportunities For Growth And Address Any Concerns
- Collaborate With Internal Teams To Ensure Customer Satisfaction And Deliver Value To Clients
- Maintain Accurate And Up-to-date Records Of Sales Activity And Customer Interactions In CRM System
- Stay Up-to-date With Industry Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Market Conditions
- Provide Technical Expertise To Customers And Tailor Custom Solutions
- Manage Customer Complaints And Provide Solutions In A Timely Manner
- Conduct Market Research And Keep Up-to-date With Industry Trends
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in food science, food technology, chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management in the specialty chemicals and ingredients industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
