Job Description:
- Manage full spectrum of accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Oversee general ledger maintenance, ensuring all entries are accurate and compliant with accounting standards.
- Utilize Xero to prepare, monitor, and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Handle tax reporting and compliance, including monthly and annual SPT filings in line with Indonesian regulations.
- Prepare and manage company budgets, forecasts, and financial performance analyses.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Monitor cash flow, control expenditures, and manage petty cash.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and financial efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proficient in Xero accounting software, with the ability to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance for International Trading
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
