Job Description:

  • Oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage and coordinate the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring the timely resolution of audit issues.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data to provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and development opportunities.

    • Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Have at least 7 years of experience as an Accounting Manager/Assistant Manager
  • Experienced in preparing financial reports and creating PowerPoint presentation.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle,) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
