- Trainer
Plans And Delivers AI Machine Learning Training Sessions And Reads And Adapts
Training Materials
- Utilize
Effective Teaching Methods And Resources
- Designing
And Delivering Learning Content
- Lesson
Planning: Create Structured Tutorials, Exercises, And Coding Challenges.
- Developing
A Strategy For Explaining Material
- Understanding
Core Concepts: Machine Learning, Encompassing, Non-exaggerating, And Coercive
Learning; Classification, Regression, Clustering; Feature Engineering, Model
Evaluation, And Model Selection.
- Understand
Artificial Intelligence (ai) Concepts: Neural Networks, Deep Learning, Natural
Language Processing (NLP), And Computer Vision.
- Understanding
Data Science: Data Cleaning, Data Visualization, Data Exploratory Analysis, And
Statistical Analysis.
- Continuously
Improve Your Knowledge And Skills To Become An Effective Trainer.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Engineering,
Information Systems, or Data Science (master's degree preferred).
- Have
IT Support skills and basic computer knowledge.
- Minimum
experience of 5 - 7 years.
- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability
to work with diverse groups and adapt training methods to different learning
styles.
- Elaborating
on Complex Topics: Explaining concepts clearly and adapting explanations.
- Currently
still working at the company
- Willing
to come to Talent Insider (Kelapa Gading) to do a shoot
