Job Description:
- Coordinated and communicated effectively with architectural consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary trades to ensure smooth site operations and project execution.
- Managed architectural work scheduling, material procurement, cost monitoring, project supervision, and documentation in alignment with the master construction programme.
- Assisted in the implementation, monitoring, and review of construction management plans to support efficient project delivery and compliance requirements.
- Supervised and inspected architectural works carried out by subcontractors to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Ensured all architectural works complied with authority regulations, project specifications, and quality requirements, including CONQUAS standards.
- Maintained strong stakeholder engagement and developed positive working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and external parties.
- Supported the Project Manager in coordinating civil, structural, architectural, and System-Wide Contractors (SWCs) activities across project phases.
- Reviewed construction drawings and coordinated with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical issues, site constraints, and design discrepancies.
- Monitored site progress and ensured architectural works were completed according to project schedules and construction milestones.
- Escalated technical and site-related issues to the Project Director and Project Manager while supporting timely issue resolution.
- Coordinated subcontractor activities and tracked work progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
- Prepared and coordinated quality management documentation, inspections, and CONQUAS assessments to achieve project quality objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, preferably recognized by the Board of Architects (BOA).
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience with main contractors in Design & Build building projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural specifications, architectural coordination, and MEP coordination requirements.
- Proven leadership and team coordination capabilities in construction project environments.
- Highly responsible, committed, and proactive in managing project deliverables and site coordination.
- Adaptable and able to work effectively in fast-paced construction environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Must be Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR), currently based in Singapore.
