Job Description:
- Managing, Training And Motivating Existing Sales Team To Drive Revenue Growth
- Develop And Manage New And Existing Key Account Within Pulp & Paper Industry
- Develop Efficient And Creative Sales And Marketing Strategies For The Assigned Territory And Target Setting For The Sales Team
- Collecting Market Information About The New Projects In Pulp & Paper Customers
- Monitoring Sales Team Performance, Analyzing Sales Data, Periodical Forecasting And Reporting To Sales Director
Job Requirements:
- 8 years of experience as sales or marketing manager in an industrial environment
- Graduated from Chemical Engineering background
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Can communicate and fluent English
