Job Description:
- Meeting Sales Targets: The Area Sales Manager Is Responsible For Achieving Sales Targets Set By The Company In Their Specific Area. They Must Develop And Implement Sales Strategies To Achieve These Targets
- Managing Sales Team: The Area Sales Manager Must Recruit, Train, And Manage A Team Of Sales Representatives In The Area
- Building Relationships: The Area Sales Manager Must Build And Maintain Relationships With Distributors, Retailers, And Customers In The Area. They Must Also Identify New Business Opportunities And Work To Expand The Company's Presence In The Market
- Inventory Management: The Area Sales Manager Must Manage The Inventory Levels In The Area To Ensure That There Is No Shortage Or Overstocking Of Products
- Budget Management: The Area Sales Manager Must Manage The Budget Allocated For Sales Operations In The Area. They Must Ensure That The Budget Is Used Efficiently To Achieve Sales Targets And Maximise Profits
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any related fields
- Minimum 3 years in area sales roles
- Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek or Cirebon area
- Coming from top multinational FMCG companies
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- Speak a good English both written and oral
