Job Description:
- Oversee sales operations in Surabaya, leading and managing the sales team.
- Develop effective sales strategies and set targets to achieve company sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.
- Track sales performance, conduct market research, and report on sales activities to senior management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environment Science, Mechanical) from reputable institutions.
- At least 8 years experience in Sales Engineering Water Business
- Able to understand engineering drawings, P&IDs, and document procedure requirements.
- Willing to travel / mobile working with driving skills (SIM A)
