Job Description:
- Support the Production Director in planning, executing, and supervising production activities
- Oversee the entire production process from raw materials to finished goods
- Ensure product quality meets company standards
- Identify and resolve issues during the production process
- Evaluate production team performance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
- Act as a communication bridge between management (Mandarin expatriates) and the local team
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth operations
Job Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Age 20 – 30 years old
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or equivalent
- Fluent in Mandarin (speaking & writing)
- Relevant experience is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team
