Job Description:
- Build good relationship with new clients and oversee the sales process for the achievement of targets given by the company.
- Work closely with a team to achieve sales targets given by the company.
- Communicate with clients to understand needs and provide solutions to related problems
- Create long-term harmonious relationships with clients and prospective clients
- Contact existing and new consumers to discuss consumer needs.
- Negotiate prices, terms and prepare sales agreements.
- Identified client needs and suggested appropriate services
Job Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's Degree in related any field
- Min 5 years experience in the field of heavy equipment spare parts and hydraulic hose
- Have good communication English skills
- Have good leadership skill
- Have analytical skills to find out trends and sales patterns
- Flexible, highly dedicated and results-first
- Would be placement in Gresik
