• Identify Opportunities In The Region, Develop Regional Strategies And Support Implementation Of Initiatives, Including Carrying Out Market Research, Developing Strategy Decks, Establishing Initial Contacts, Liaising With External Advisors And Reporting Progress.
• Support Engagement With Prospective Clients As Part Of Business Development Process, Including Development Of Pitch Decks, Data Collection, Research, Analysis, Due Diligence And Other Related Work.
• Support M&A Opportunities In The Region, Including Financial Modelling, Valuation, Due Diligence And Structuring.
• Work With Affiliate Relationship Management Teams In Refreshing Institutional Strategies And Supporting Implementation Across Affiliates.
• All Other Work As Required In Supporting Strategies And Business Development Across The Region.

• Minimum 6 years of work experience in strategy consulting or M&A, ideally in investment bank, private equity, consulting or corporate finance / business development / strategy division of a conglomerate.
• Experience in higher education related transactions / projects will be a plus point.
• BA in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economy or similar fields. MBA/Masters or CFA will be a plus point.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel. Experience in financial modelling will be a plus point.
• Fluent in English. Conversational skills in Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia or Vietnamese will be an added advantage.
• Strong project management skills, analytical mindset and detailed oriented.
• High sense of ethics, integrity and discipline.
• Willing to travel moderately across the Asia region
• Experience in either studying abroad or working abroad will be a plus point.
• Comfortable working with international team members.
