Job Description:
- Serve Internal And External Clients By Improving Clients' Processes, Manufacturability And Quality To Push For Higher Profitability
- Spearhead The Company's Robotics Products Development And Introduce The Products' Implementation, Safety Measures As Well As Its Maintenance
- Become The Technical Expert & Provide Consultancy Of The Business' Automation Products And Push For Its Business Development
- Lead And Develop The Team To Provide Technical Solutions With High Regard To Quality & On-time Delivery
- Push For Manufacturing Optimisation From The Design Solution Architecture Stand Point, In Compliance With The Customers' Needs, Budget And Time Frame
- Conducting Research On New Technology To Identify Opportunities To Improve Efficiency And Productivity In A Business
- Establish Guideline And Become The Subject Matter Expert That Trains The Employees For New Automation Technology Implemented.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Automation and equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in the field of industrial automation / robotics
- Strong electrical / controls background associated with industrial machinery
- Has strong track record in developing and designing new systems and process improvement
- Adept in the usage of PLC, relay and automation
- Extensive leadership and project management experience
- Have good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
