Job Description:
- Operational Leadership: Lead And Manage All Operational Activities Of The Branch. Develop And Implement Operational Policies, Procedures, And Strategies To Ensure Efficient And Effective Operations. Monitor And Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) To Achieve Operational Excellence And Customer Satisfaction
- Sales And Business Development: Develop And Implement Sales Strategies To Drive Business Growth In The Region. Identify And Pursue New Business Opportunities, Establish And Maintain Relationships With Key Clients, And Promote The Company's Services To Potential Customers. Achieve Sales Targets And Contribute To The Overall Sales Performance Of The Organization
- Team Management: Recruit, Train, And Develop A High-performing Team Of Operational And Sales Staff. Provide Coaching, Feedback, And Performance Evaluations To Ensure Team Members Are Motivated And Capable Of Achieving Their Goals. Foster A Positive Work Culture That Promotes Teamwork, Accountability, And Continuous Improvement
- Financial Management: Monitor And Manage Branch Budgets, Expenses, And Financial Performance To Ensure Profitability And Cost Effectiveness. Prepare Regular Financial Reports And Forecasts, And Take Appropriate Actions To Optimize Financial Results. Identify And Implement Opportunities To Increase Revenue And Reduce Costs
- Customer Relationship Management: Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Key Customers, Understand Their Needs, And Provide Timely Solutions To Address Their Logistics Requirements. Anticipate And Resolve Customer Issues And Complaints, And Ensure High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction. Maintain A Customer-centric Approach To Drive Customer Retention And Repeat Business
- Compliance And Safety: Ensure Compliance With Company Policies, Procedures, And Legal Requirements. Promote A Safe Working Environment And Enforce Safety Regulations To Minimize Risks And Accidents. Conduct Regular Safety Audits And Training Sessions For Employees To Promote A Culture Of Safety And Compliance
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics operations, sales, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding business
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and logistics software
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
