- Develop A Branch Team From Scratch
- Lead Branch Members To Achieve Targets
- Make A Strategy For The Branch Area
- Report Daily, Weekly, And Monthly Achievements
Job Requirements:
- Having more than 3 years of work experience in a bank or leasing company minimum as a head department
- Having more than 1-year experience leading a team in the Bandung area
- Fluent English skill
- Passionate, strong commitment, leadership, and execution skill
