Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and values.

  2. Brand Identity: Maintain and enhance the restaurant's brand identity, including visual elements, messaging, and tone, across all customer touchpoints.

  3. Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote the restaurant's offerings, seasonal promotions, and special events.

  4. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, design, culinary, and operations teams to ensure that all brand-related initiatives are cohesive and aligned.

  5. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitors' activities. Use insights to adjust brand strategies as needed.

  6. Customer Experience: Monitor and improve the overall customer experience, ensuring it aligns with the brand promise and exceeds customer expectations.

  7. Digital Presence: Manage the restaurant's online presence, including social media accounts, website, and online reviews, to maintain a positive brand image.

  8. Public Relations: Handle media relations, press releases, and media opportunities to maximize positive brand exposure.

  9. Budget Management: Develop and manage the brand-related budget, allocating resources effectively for various branding initiatives.

  10. Performance Tracking: Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of branding campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Job Requirements:

  1. Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree can be advantageous.

  2. Experience: 8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.

  3. Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and execute long-term brand strategies that align with business objectives.

  4. Creativity: A creative mindset to develop innovative campaigns and strategies that differentiate the brand in a competitive market.

  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey the brand's message effectively to both internal teams and external audiences.

  6. Team Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, operations, and culinary, to achieve brand objectives.

  7. Market Awareness: In-depth understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and industry competition.

  8. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to measure campaign performance and make informed decisions.

  9. Leadership: Strong leadership skills to lead brand-related initiatives and influence others positively.

  10. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

  11. Tech Savviness: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.

  12. Passion for Food and Dining: An appreciation for food and dining culture, as well as a genuine interest in the restaurant industry.
