Job Description:
- Develop and execute KOL marketing strategies that align with Glad2Glow’s vision and goals.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging trends in KOL marketing to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, KOLs, and content creators
- Lead, mentor, and manage Brand Marketing team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including impressions, engagement, and ROI.
- Collaborate with Product Development to align KOL campaigns with product launches and promotions.
Job Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's Degree in the related field.
- Expert in the beauty industry/cosmetics, willing to say many things about skincare.
- Have a good knowledge in KOL management, campaign, partnership management, etc.
- Able to propose strategy in influencer marketing to boost brand.
- Able to explain and communicate clearly in English
- Able to provide content ideas that are different in each social media platform.
