Registered in Singapore & Indonesia, we can assist with your growth plans and strategies, and continue to expand our regional presence with strong regional partners to assist our client in recruitment and branding strategy.

1. Conduct research and initial analysis of potential locations for new outlet openings.
2. Support coordination with mall management and landlords regarding location availability and commercial information.
3. Assist in the preparation and execution of new outlet opening projects according to timelines and company standards.
4. Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, and supporting data for business expansion activities.
5. Provide administrative, documentation, and coordination support for expansion projects with internal and external stakeholders.

1. Minimum D3/Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Property, or a related field.
2. 1–2 years of experience in Retail Development, Business Development, Property, or a related role; fresh graduates with relevant experience may be considered.
3. Good communication, basic negotiation, location analysis, and coordination skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare presentations and reports.
5. Proactive, detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work independently and as part of a team, and willing to travel for business purposes.
