Job Description:
- Act As A Specialist Consultant, Which Entails Identifying Market Landscape, Business Development, And Securing Partnership In A Competitive Environment
- Maintain Good Relationship With Existing Clients And Consistently Develop Relationship With New Client
- Headhunting - Identifying And Approaching Suitable Candidates Who May Already Be In Work Using Candidate Databases To Match The Right Person To The Client's Vacancy
- Receiving And Reviewing Applications, Managing Interviews And Tests And Creating A Shortlist Of Candidates For The Client
- Advising Clients To Add Value To The Recruitment And Talent Development Process
- Networking To Build Business Information That Can Be Converted Into Commercial Opportunities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in reputable University
- Professional English skill in both verbal and written is a MUST
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in either consulting, finance, accounting, or business development/sales
- Diligent, proactive, energetic, smart, honest, mature and has good sense of Finance knowledge
- Self-motivated, driven, and a willingness to always keep learning
