Job Description:
- Contact Prospective Customers By Telephone, Face To Face
Meeting, Chat And Email Marketing
- Research To Develop Warm Leads
- Identify Prospects That Fit The Target And Organize Events
That Help You Grow Your Client Engagement
- Use Product Knowledge To Showcase The Solutions That Our
Company Can Offer To Prospects Via Product Demo
- Negotiate Price With Clients Who Are Interested In Making
Orders
- Maintain Contact With Existing Clients To Make Sure They Are Satisfied
- Creating Effective Sales Strategy, Implementing And Monitoring The Performance Of The Strategy
- Addressing
& Solving Issues And Proposing Framework To Prevent Recurring Issues
- Preparing
& Presenting Reports And Analysis On Sales Performance

Monitor And Maintain Ethics Of Telesales’ Sales
Activities And Customer Handling To Avoid Any Misselling
Job Requirements:

Min. 3 years’ experience as sales (client
acquisition) with min. 1 year experience in a telemarketing role would be an
advantage
·
Proficiency in English is a must
·
Excellent communication, presentation and
negotiation skills
·
Strong leadership, entrepreneur & sales skills
·
Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel,
Words & PowerPoint)
·
Ability to offer excellent customer service
·
Possess high integrity
· Comfortable working in fast-paced and target-oriented environment
· Willing to work from office 5 days a week in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta Area.
