Job Description:

  • Develop Trust Relationships With Major Client To Ensure They Do Not Turn To Competition
  • Lead On Being The Business Development Manager For Telco Client/stakeholders
  • Acquire A Thorough Understanding Of Key Customer Needs And Requirements And Ensure The Expectations Are Managed
  • Constantly Hunting For New Opportunities Within The Key Account That Are Aligned With The Overall Strategies
  • Expand The Relationships With Existing Customers By Continuously Proposing Solutions To Meet Their Objective
  • Ensure The Correct Products, Propositions And Service Are Delivered To Customers In Timely Manner
  • Serve As The Link Of Communication Between Customers And Internal Teams
  • Resolve Any Issues And Problems Faced By Customer And Deal With Complaints To Maintain Trust
  • Play An Integral Part In Generating New Sales That Will Turn Into Long Lasting Relationship
  • Prepare Regular Reports Of Progress And Forecast To Internal And External Stakeholders Using Key Account Metrics
  • Management Of Sales And Service Teams To Deliver Profitable Growth
  • Keep Up To Date Market Trends And Introduce Appropriate Action

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline from reputable university or BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience as Business Development or Strategic Partnership, hungry for winning, and growing revenues
  • Wide and deep experience as a Business Development Manager (focusing on Telco clients) in current and/or previous employment
  • Able to develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts activities
  • Have a skills and experience in launching online to offline or the other way around for any category
  • Good knowledge and has an experience in bundling value added services in retail channel
  • Keen and excited in launching innovative and new to market initiatives, patience and persistence to establish proof of concept and bring to scale
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Excellence in English verbal and written
