• Develop And Execute Expansion Strategies To Increase The Brand's Retail Footprint In New And Existing Markets
• Conduct Market Research And Analyze Data To Identify Potential Expansion Opportunities
• Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams To Evaluate Site Feasibility, Negotiate Leases, And Manage Construction Timelines
• Create And Manage Budgets For New Store Openings, Remodels, And Expansions
• Identify And Evaluate Potential Partners And Franchisees To Support The Brand's Expansion Efforts
• Monitor And Evaluate The Performance Of Existing Stores To Identify Opportunities For Optimization And Improvement
• Develop And Implement Marketing And Promotional Strategies To Drive Traffic And Sales To New And Existing Stores
• Develop And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Landlords, Vendors, And Industry Partners
• Stay Up-to-date On Industry Trends And Developments, And Recommend Strategies To Maintain A Competitive Edge

• Strong networking with malls would be an advantage
• At least 5 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on expansion and growth
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Proven track record of successful store openings and expansions
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• In-depth knowledge of the retail fashion industry, including consumer trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to travel as needed to support expansion efforts
