• Responsible For Managing, Implementing, Monitoring The System, Ways Of Working Across Region
• Developing Promotion And Activation Program Plan Within Company's Goal And Budget And Achieve The Sales Target
• Identify Sales Growth And New Channel Opportunity In The Area
• Ensure Implementation Of Brand Activities In The Area - Aligning With The Approved Marketing Policies And Guidelines
• Creating Initiatives/ideas To Compete And Also Deliver Market Share And Sales Volume

•  Fluency in English is a must
• Preferably with at least 6 years experiences in GT sales
• Experienced in FMCG or distributor
• Assertive profile, strong ownership and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a diverse population, multiple levels of an organization and various cross-functions
• Strong and well proven leadership in managing big numbers of team
