Job Description:
- Develop An Annual Plan And Budget Developments For Sub-department To Align With Department-wide's Strategy Including Ensuring Budget Adherence To The Approved Budget And Revenue
- Lead SOPs Development And Amendment To Ensure All SOPs Align With Business Objectives And Regulatory Requirements
- Track Operating Progress And Result Against Annual Plan And KPIs To Ensure Targets Are Met; Develop Action Plans As Needed
- Lead The Identification Of Innovation And Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Job Requirements:
- At least 7 years of working experience in Airline Cargo/Airfreight
- Possess a recognized Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field
