Job Description:

Currently our client who is a well-established brand in the E-Commerce industry is looking for Channel Development Planning Spv to jein their team. Below is the detail:

  • Develop and execute channel strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify channel opportunities and potential threats.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard channel partners, distributors, resellers, and retailers to expand market reach.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of existing channel partners, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create accurate sales forecasts and demand planning based on channel insights.
  • Develop marketing programs and initiatives tailored to specific channels, working closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Track and analyze sales performance nationwide to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement policies and SOPs to guide sales activities and ensure consistency.
  • Provide training for sales teams and area managers to improve their skills and ensure they meet sales targets. Monitor KPIs for the sales team and the assigned areas, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Utilize brief experience in trade marketing to support the alignment of sales strategies with market trends and consumer behavior.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from reputable universities
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • 2 year’s of experience in sales management, especially in channel development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in developing SOPs and managing KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
