Job Description:
- Identify, Secure And On-board New Channel Partners Within Assigned Territories
- Leverage On Strong Network Of Partners To Generate New Business Opportunities And Identify Potential Leads - Eventually Contributing To Revenue
- Collaborate And Coordinate With Partners To Brainstorm, Create And Execute Business Plans To Achieve Sales Goals
- Evaluate Partner Performance - Advising, Consulting And Providing Them With Recommendations And Improvements
- Manage And Take Ownership Of Sales Pipeline
- Active And Updated On Current Market Trends - Providing Insights To Partners
- Educate Partners About The Company's Product Portfolio, Offering Solutions Based On Client's Business Needs
Job Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Channel Sales roles
- Experience working at an IT Distributor is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia - able to professionally collaborate with English-speaking stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills - able to develop and nurture strong relationships
- Agile and adaptive individual - able to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
