Job Description:

  • Acts As A Strategic Partner On The Leadership Team And Works Closely With The Sales, Marketing And Operations Teams To Ensure They Are Meeting Performance Expectations
  • Coaches And Develops The Team To Ensure They Are Delivering Against Key Business Metrics
  • Looks For Methods To Improve Quality, Efficiency And Productivity, Reduce Costs, Increase Profits, Or Improve Control Measures Throughout All Centres
  • Works Collaboratively To Develop And/or Improve Systems, Processes, Controls And Procedures That Improve The Overall Efficiency Of The Firm And Insure Excellent Customer Service
  • Leads And Develop A Team Across Multiple Locations And Over Sales, Marketing And Operations Functions
  • Motivates And Leads A High-performance Management Team
  • Attracts, Recruits, And Retains Required Members Of The Assigned Function Teams Not Currently In Place
  • Demonstrates A Willingness To Take On New Tasks With A General Attitude That No Task Is Too Small, Impossible, Or Cannot Be Improved
  • Work Autonomously While Ensuring CEO Expectations Are Readily Met And Exceeded
  • Fosters A Success-oriented, Accountable Environment Within The Company
  • Represents The Firm With Clients, Investors, And Business Partners

Job Requirements:

  • The role requires motivation, collaboration, and an entrepreneurial spirit able to work in a culturally diverse team, able to think without a box, and with a passion for educational equity
  • Track record minimum 10 years of leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams that deliver results
  • Has overseen or progressed through senior leadership roles across multiple functions for at least five years
  • Experience building systems in a growing a service-oriented organisation, education, insurance or consumer market sectors are a plus
  • Holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other graduate degrees in a relevant field of study from a reputable university
  • Strong financial fluency; ability to lead teams and organisations in designing and implementing strong data-driven cultures, systems, and processes; and
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the analyses required to support strategic decision-making and use financial indicators to manage organisational performance
  • Possesses strong leadership skills and capabilities, along with a strategic mindset to think long-term
  • Must have strong people management skills
