Job Description:
- Develop And Execute A Comprehensive Digital Growth Strategy Aligned With The Overall Business Objectives.
- Identify New Market Opportunities, Customer Segments, And Digital Channels To Drive Revenue Growth.
- Implement Customer Retention Strategies Leveraging Data-driven Insights And Personalization To Enhance Customer Satisfaction And Loyalty.
- Collaborate With The Sales And Marketing Teams To Align Digital Efforts With Broader Revenue Generation Goals.
- Use Data-driven Insights To Make Informed Decisions, Identify Areas For Improvement, And Optimize Digital Strategies.
- Implement A/B Testing And Other Methodologies To Continuously Improve Digital Performance.
- Manage A Team Of Sales, Product Marketing, And Strategy
- Work Closely With Key Stakeholders, Including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, And IT, To Ensure Seamless Integration Of Digital Initiatives With Broader Business Functions.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor Degree with minimum 15 years of work experience in B2B Software Sales
- Strong network with C-level / Founder / Owner of established companies in Indonesia
- Track record in hitting big-ticket sales deals (the scale will be discussed later during initial screening if the candidate's profile matches the criteria)
- Proven leadership experience to guide a team in reaching business target
- Collaborative and persuasive
- Proficiency in English is a must
