Job Description:
- Experience In Creating Online And Offline Events, In Partnership With Influencers And Celebrities Relevant To Luxury Lifestyle
- Hire, Manage And Coach An Editorial Team
- Be A Thought Leader On Content Relating To Luxury Lifestyle
- Network With Clients That Are Potential Advertisers On The Platform
- Negotiate And Price Deals To Drive Competitive Margins Across Digital Products And Campaigns
- Control Monthly Editorial Budgets And Make Recommendations To The CXO Team, Based On Client And User Needs
- To Be Accountable For Growth Of The User Database And VIP Contacts
- Create Editorial IPs That Can Be Monetized, Across Offline, Video And Social Media Channels
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in journalism, communications or a relevant discipline
- Six or more years in writing/editing, ideally in a digital first platform
- Strong understanding of luxury lifestyle, and connections with KOLs in this space
- Leadership experience, having led an editorial team of five to ten
- Strong negotiation skills and client management experience as you are required to work alongside to generate potential partnership and branded content opportunities
- Passion for travel, beauty, art, events, fashion etc
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms like Meta, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram etc
- Solid research, writing and editing skills and attention to detail
