Job Description:
- Develop and implement the company’s long-term vision and strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure that all processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with company standards and industry best practices.
- Manage the company’s budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure financial sustainability.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard the company’s reputation and operations.
- Champion innovation in product offerings, packaging, and marketing strategies to meet evolving consumer needs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
- Strong business acumen with expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight.
- Deep understanding of industry regulations, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
