Job Description:
Reporting Directly To The President Director, This Role Will Have The Responsibility To Lead The P&L In Indonesia. Managing A Team Consisting Of Dynamic Individuals, The CEO Will Have Full Capacity In Managing And Coordinating All Functions Within The Company By Providing Strategic, Operational, And Commercial Support.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in related industry (healthcare service) with minimum of 20 years of experience
- Familiar with Indonesia's healthcare system, especially the Social Security Administrator for Health (BPJS)
- Experience in running multiple chains of healthcare services
- Strong leadership is mandatory with a strategic mindset to lead the business
- Proven successful track record in growing previous company
- Preferably someone who has good written and communication in the English language
