• Develop Short/long Term Company And Product Roadmap
• Establish And Implement Short And Long Term Goals, Objectives, Policies, And Operating Procedures
• Build And Motivate A World-class Product, Marketing And Customer Service Team
• Develop A Financial Plan For The Organization
• Oversee Operating Plan, Budget, Cash Flow, And Company Finances
• Establish Strategic Partnerships With Other Companies In Order To Reach The Ambitious User Growth Targets
• Ensure Company And Its Businesses Comply With All Applicable Legal And Regulatory Requirements And, Where Appropriate, Best Practices
• Business Development - Ensure Sustainable Business Development Plans To Ensure Consistent Incoming Revenue (partnerships, Customer Acquisitions, Etc)
• Establish, Achieve, And Report On Financial And Milestones To Investors.

• Over 7 years of experience (within the last 10 years) leading and scaling a high growth start-up, preferably a company with venture or other funding - B2B experience required
• P&L responsibilities at CEO level or head of significant BU
• Prior experience and exposure to Data Analytics projects and solutions
• Proven track record of building successful products and high caliber teams from the ground up, ideally in current roles
• Prior working experience in developing digital products and solutions or experience in digital transformation projects with a traditional company/industry
• Relevant industry experience within financial services
• Experience in managing a Board of Directors and corporate stakeholders to keep regular updates on business performance and progress
• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
• Strong desire to lead from a strategic and tactical perspective in all aspects of day to day company operations
• Ability to work strategically, but also hands-on problem solving
