Job Description:
- Planning, Developing, And Implementing Directions For The Organisation's Operational And Fiscal Function
- Perform Accurate Analysis Of Asset Utilisation, Client Development, Financial Trends, Budgets And Forecasting To Ensure The BOD, Have Absolute Transparency Of The Business And Its Activities, As Well As Assist The Senior Executive Team Achieve Their Goals
- Implement, Improve, And Enforce Policies And Procedures Where Required To Increase The Companies Safe Work Practices, Financial Outcomes And Operational Effectiveness
- Act As A Strategic Advisor And Consultant Offering Expert Advice On Rental, Sales And Service Contracts, Negotiations, Or Business Deals The Company May Enter Into
- Mentor And Interact With Staff Members At All Levels, To Foster Growth And Encourage Ongoing Education And Development Among The Senior Management Team And All Staff Alike.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Senior Leadership Management capacity in the mining or oil & gas service industry
- Comprehensive strategic management, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Demonstrable business acumen, with ability to operate in a highly entrepreneurial manner
- Equally comfortable in both, boardroom environment and field execution
- Excellent and recognisable negotiating and communication skills
- Knowledge of diesel and electric powered equipment
- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, empower, and motivate employees to obtain the required objectives
