Job Description:
- Participate In Annual Budgeting And Monthly Estimates Process
- Maintain Several Separate P/Ls At One Time, Per Product Category And/or Per Brand For Management Reporting
- Consolidate The Results And Ensure Local Statutory Compliance
- Business Partner With The Other Departments To Support The Execution Of Business Planning And Analysis
- Participate In Financial Accounting Activities For Local And Regional Business Needs
- Ensure All Financial Information Is Being Presented On Timely Manner
- In-depth Knowledge Of All Financial Related Matters; Including But Not Limited To Local Statutory Compliance
- Support Any Audit Activity
- Any Other Ad-hoc Assignments
Job Requirements:
- Local Indonesian only
- Prior experience within Multinational FMCG Company is a must
- Seasoned strong finance leader with can-do attitude
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong track record within consumer business
- Multinational company background is a must
- Experience in coaching or leading a team
- Familiar with matrix reporting structure
