Job Description:
This Is A Leadership Position With Responsibility In Handling All Strategies, Tools, Issues & Equipment To Support The Excellence Of The Company's Operational Activities. The COO Requires To Control And Ensure Overall Project Activities In Accordance To The Company's Objective To Meet The Client's Production Target. The COO Will Report Directly To The CEO.
Job Requirements:
- Graduated from Tertiary Degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline with excellent communication proficiency (Bahasa and English)
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the mining industry and 5 years of experience in Top Management Level
- Comprehensive knowledge of operations management principles and practice
- Leadership quality with high degree of integrity and honesty in all dealings
- Possess analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skill
