Job Description:
- Overseeing The Entire Back Office Operations Including Settlement, Finance & Accounting And HR & GA
- Liaise With Internal And External Auditor As Well As Regulator
- Involves In Business Development For New Business, New Product And Simplify The Operations Process
- Design And Implement Bsuiness Strategies, Plans And Procedures
- Assisting CEO In Fundraising Ventures
- Participate In Expansion Activities
- Evaluate Performance By Analyzing And Interpreting Data And Metrics
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as COO or relevant role
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance
- Experience in fundraising will be a plus
- Has excellent communication skills both in Bahasa and English
- Has a good interpersonal and leadership skills
