Job Description:
- Drive day-to-day manufacturing operations, logistics, and distribution to meet production goals.
- Design and implement short and long-term operational strategies aligned with the company’s vision.
- Lead the development of SOPs, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing, automation, and digitalization.
- Ensure high product quality standards through effective quality control systems.
- Optimize supply chain processes and ensure regulatory compliance (including HSE and industry standards).
- Foster a high-performance culture through strong team development, productivity improvement, and effective budget management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Min 10+ years of experience in manufacturing (footwear preferred), including 5 years in managerial roles and at least 2–3 years at senior management level.
- Strong background in footwear manufacturing is a plus.
- Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality management systems.
- Strategic thinker, data-driven, highly adaptive, and a people-oriented leader.
