Job Description:
- Handling Of Government Policies, Functions And Requirements Of Various Key Agencies And Regulatory Framework Of Development Projects
- Seeks Continuous Improvement To Design And Processes, Questioning The Status Quo Or Value Engineering To Achieve The Optimum Desired Outcome
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building and related disciplines
- At least 12 years of combined experience in Project and Property Management in Indonesia, preferably in the mixed-use development
- At least 5 years of senior managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading big teams
- Possess collaborative communication style and influential skills
- Proven ability of people leadership with successful people management experience
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Self-motivated & ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Analytical and possess good creative thinking and problem-solving skills
