Job Description:
- Responsible In Developing Risk Framework As Well As Formulating Strategic Action Plans To Help Minimize, Manage, And Mitigate Primary Risks And Then Monitor The Progress Of These Efforts
- Responsible In Creating And Disseminating Risk Analysis Reports And Progress Reports To Different Stakeholders, Including Employees, Board Members, And C-suite Executives
- Responsible In Building The Risk Awaraness And Put The Risk Management As Priorities And Are Reflected In The Company's Strategic Plans
- Develop, And Implementing Risk Assurance Strategiest
- Evaluating Possible Operational Risks That May Arise From Human Error Or System Failures, Which Might Disrupt Or Affect Business Processes
- Develops Different Strategies To Minimize Risk Exposure And Responsible In Designing Risk Mitigation Plan
- Set The Budgets And Constant Monitoring For Any Risk-related Projects
- Conducting Risk Assurance And Due Diligence On Behalf Of The Organization In The Events Of Mergers, Acquisitions, And Business Deals
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or related experience
- Must have at least 12 years in risk management especially in Banking or Securities
- Good quantitative and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication skill with clients, regulators, executive management, and counterparties both verbal and written
- WPPE/WPEE Qualification is a MUST
- Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements related to risk management in the financial services industry
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
- Professional certification in risk management, such as FRM is a plus point
