Job Description:
- Define IT Strategic Plan And IT Roadmap Based On Business Strategy
- Provide Strategic Leadership To Drive The Design, Realization, And Operationalization Of IT Practices In Accordance To Best Practices And Governing Regulatory Standards For Financial Services Industry.
- Work Closely With Internal Stakeholders To Define And Execute IT Transformation And Operations In Term Of Operating Model, People, Process, Culture And Governance
- Build IT Capacity By Advising, Recruiting, Rotating And Recycling Roles
- Build And Execute Transformation Plan For IT In Term Of People And Process
- Oversee Architecture Design And Development
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least Bachelor's degree in relevant degrees i.e. computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related field
- Possess relevant years of experience in Information Technology and Data
- Excellent technical leadership, people management, project management, analytical problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Experienced in hiring and retaining engineering talents and building high performing teams
- Experienced in releasing and maintaining high-volume, production-grade, web and mobile applications in distributed environments
