Job Description:
- Conduct On-site Inspection Of Structural Works To Ensure Compliance With Approved Plans, Codes, And Standards
- Ensuring The Contractors Quality Of Works Complies With The Owner's Standards And The Requirements Of The Contract Documents Including The Specification And Shop Drawings
- Liaising With The Contractor's Supervisors
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Civil / Structural Site Inspector or related roles with portfolio in Luxurious Villa or Hotel Projects
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
