Job Description:
- Implement Commercial Compliance Program Elements And Framework
- Support Business Unit Director To Organize Compliance Related Training To Staff
- Guide Business Unit To Implement Necessary Control Measures To Enhance The Sales & Marketing Activities Aligned With Code Of Ethics, Applicable Rules And Regulations In Indonesia And Other Country Compliance Initiatives
- Conduct Field Visits To Ensure Sales And Marketing Events Are Organized Appropriately From Compliance Perspective
- Conduct Risk Assessment Within The Business Unit And Coordinate To Take Necessary Action In Mitigating The Identified Risks
Job Requirements:
- 10+ years of working experiences within medical/pharma
- A proven record of success in sales/commercial and/or general management
- A wide knowledge and commercial experience of the life science, clinical pathology and diagnostic markets and changing business environments
- A proven ability to devise, implement, monitor and adapt strategies to deliver positive results against defined goals and targets
