Job Description:
- Continuously Prospecting For New Clients
- Finalise The Offers And Follow Up With The Contracts With The Customers
- Maintain A High-quality Service With All The Clients
- Meet With Customers To Provide The Necessary High-standard Support
- Management Of Events At The Clients' Premises
- Research New Products Based On Customer Queries
- Development Of New Products With Investment Planning And Cost Control
- Staff Training On The Products
- Organization And Management Of The Sales Department And The Shop
- Coordination Of Tastings
- Organize Events For The Introduction Of New Products
- Organization And Provide Assistance To Kitchen Chefs Invited To The Academy For Training And Presentations
- Product Quality Control For The Group
- Internal HACCP Audits
- Analysis Of The Consumption Of Laboratory Products And Verification Of The Cost Of Food
- Production Quality Control Of All Laboratories (pasta, Pizza, Chocolate, And Mozzarella)
- Ensure Proper Use Of Equipment By Respecting The Manuals And Procedures Put In Place By Management
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a kitchen Chef with a specialization in Italian cuisine
- Diploma or higher education in food production and sales
- Good knowledge of HACCP
- Fluency in French and/or English, spoken and written, would be an advantage
- A valid private car license
- Experience and high interest in sales
- Dynamic and able to take initiative while working independently
