Role: Commodity Manager For 3C (laptop Accessories, Audio-visual, Smartphone Accessories)
Reason: New Headcount (3 HC Needed. 1 Per Category. 1 For Laptop Accessories, 1 For Audiovisual And 1 For Smartphone Accessories)

Job Grade And Target Companies: At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Business Development, With A Strong Track Record Of Success In Securing Supplier Deals, Preferably In The Consumer Electronics Industry
Directly Report To: Head Of Commodity Department
Job Overview:
The Commodity Manager Will Be Responsible For Identifying, Securing, And Managing New Supplier Relationships In The Consumer Electronics Industry. They Will Work Closely With The Company's Leadership Team To Develop A Supplier Acquisition Strategy And Ensure That The Platform Offers A Diverse And High-quality Product Portfolio To Customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research And Analyze The Consumer Electronics Market To Identify Potential New Suppliers That Align With The Company's Strategy
2. Reach Out To Potential Suppliers Through Cold-calls, Email Campaigns, And In-person Meetings To Establish Relationships And Negotiate Deals
3. Negotiate And Secure Deals With New Suppliers That Meet Or Exceed Company Targets For Product Quality, Pricing, And Delivery
4. Develop And Maintain Strong Relationships With Existing Suppliers To Ensure Continued Support And Opportunities For Growth
5. Stay Up-to-date On Industry Trends, Regulations, And Competitors To Inform Company Strategy And Supplier Negotiations
6. Work With The Merchandising Team To Onboard New Suppliers And Ensure That Their Products Are Accurately Represented On The App
7. Provide Regular Reports On Supplier Activity, Acquisition Progress, And Performance Metrics To The Leadership Team
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field
2. At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Business Development, With A Strong Track Record Of Success In Securing Supplier Deals, Preferably In The Consumer Electronics Industry
3. Data Driven, Strong Analytical And Problem-solving Skills
4. Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills With The Ability To Close Deals
5. Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team
6. Proficient In Microsoft Office And CRM Software
7. Demonstrated Ability To Meet Or Exceed Targets In A Fast-paced And Dynamic Environment
