Job Description:
- Develop And Implement An Effective Compliance Program
- Manage And Maintain Compliance Programs To Ensure Ongoing Compliance With Applicable Laws, Regulations And Best Practices
- Establish Policies And Procedures To Develop A Culture Of Compliance And Perform Ongoing Risk Assessments For Such Policies And Procedures
- Understand And Keep Up To Date With The Firm’s Business, Products And The Regulatory And Commercial Environment In Which It Operates To Ensure That Appropriate Compliance Policies, Procedures And Standards Are Implemented
Job Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
- Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
- Excellent communication skills (Bahasa & English)
- BSc/BA in law, finance, business administration or related field
- Problem-solving, positive and constructive attitude is a must
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role at a leading fintech or heavy regulated industry
