Job Description:
- Providing Legal Support And Advice Throughout The Entire Life Cycle Of Large-scale Infrastructure Projects Bidding/ Tendering, Contract Negotiation And Execution Phase Of Large-scale Infrastructure Projects (eg. Responding To Variation And Extension Of Time Claims)
- Draft And Review A Variety Of Contracts/ Agreement
- Meeting With Client/Supervision Officer And Subcontractors To Discuss Contractual Matters
- Provide Contractual Advice To Internal And External Team
- Writing, Evaluating, Negotiating And Executing Various Contracts Including Main Contract And Subcontract
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering or a related field from Tier 1 universities
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with good track record
- Have exposure in drafting and negotiating large-scale infrastructure project contracts
- Experience in handling infrastructure project disputes/ claims and dispute resolution processes
- Project management experience to drive improvement initiatives
- Well developed influencing skills and is able to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
