Job Description:
- Support Our Marketing
Team In Developing A Social Media Strategy To Drive Brand Awareness,
Engagement, And Advocacy
- Participate In Content
Planning And Brainstorming Sessions, Contributing Creative Ideas And
Suggestions For The Talent Insider Social Media Account, Ensuring High-quality
Content That Aligns With Our Brand Voice, Awareness And Objectives
- Create Script Writing For
Video
- Keep Up-to-date With
Trends In Social Media Channels/platforms And Proactively Suggest Creative Ways
To Produce High-quality Engaging Content
- Research Content And The
Right Points Of View For Each Copywriting Project, Based On Market
- Ability To Generate And
Execute content ideas
Job Requirements:
- Recently completed a
degree in Communications, Public Relation, Journalism, Marketing, Broadcasting,
or a related field.
- Have work experience
creating creator/copy writer. (Internship are allowed)
- Creativity and a passion
for storytelling to engage our audience effectively.
- Good verbal and written
communication also storytelling skills
- Passion in content
writing, doing research, video creation, and strong interest in the social and
digital space
- Basic editing and
proofreading skills to refine and enhance written content.
- Familiarity in producing
TikTok videos, YouTube reels, and Instagram Reels channels to set and execute
digital media strategies to retain and attract the audience.
- Skilled in video editing
(using CapCut, VN, etc).
- Confident and comfortable
to speak in front of camera is a plus.
