Job Description:
- Establish And Maintain Effective Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Government Institutions, NGOs, Community Organizations, And Industry Partners
- Monitor And Analyze Government Policies, Legislation, And Regulations That May Impact The Company's Operations
- Advocate For The Company's Interests By Actively Participating In Industry Associations
- Represent The Company At Relevant Industry Conferences, Seminars, And Events
- Collaborate With Internal Stakeholders To Develop Positions And Strategies For Effective Engagements And Ensure Alignment Between Business Objectives And Stakeholder Expectations
- Develop And Implement Strategies To Enhance The Company's Reputation And Foster Positive Relationships With External Stakeholder
- Monitor Public Opinion, Media Coverage, And Social Media Trends Relevant To The Company
- Manage Crisis Communication And Act As A Spokesperson For The Company When Necessary
- Oversee The Production Of External Communications Materials, Such As Press Releases, Speeches, And Public Statements
- Coordinate With Internal Teams To Manage The Company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Initiatives
- Identify And Assess Potential Risks And Opportunities Related To Stakeholder Engagement
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant fields. Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience of at least 7 years in corporate affairs, government relations, communications, public affairs, public policy, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of the political landscape, regulatory environment, and business practices in Indonesia
- Strong understanding of government processes, public affairs, and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials, industry associations, and community organizations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex issues to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in managing corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives will be beneficial
- Familiarity with manufacturing industries is a plus
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
