Job Description:

  • Establish And Maintain Effective Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Government Institutions, NGOs, Community Organizations, And Industry Partners
  • Monitor And Analyze Government Policies, Legislation, And Regulations That May Impact The Company's Operations
  • Advocate For The Company's Interests By Actively Participating In Industry Associations
  • Represent The Company At Relevant Industry Conferences, Seminars, And Events
  • Collaborate With Internal Stakeholders To Develop Positions And Strategies For Effective Engagements And Ensure Alignment Between Business Objectives And Stakeholder Expectations
  • Develop And Implement Strategies To Enhance The Company's Reputation And Foster Positive Relationships With External Stakeholder
  • Monitor Public Opinion, Media Coverage, And Social Media Trends Relevant To The Company
  • Manage Crisis Communication And Act As A Spokesperson For The Company When Necessary
  • Oversee The Production Of External Communications Materials, Such As Press Releases, Speeches, And Public Statements
  • Coordinate With Internal Teams To Manage The Company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Initiatives
  • Identify And Assess Potential Risks And Opportunities Related To Stakeholder Engagement

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant fields. Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience of at least 7 years in corporate affairs, government relations, communications, public affairs, public policy, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of the political landscape, regulatory environment, and business practices in Indonesia
  • Strong understanding of government processes, public affairs, and stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials, industry associations, and community organizations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex issues to diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in managing corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives will be beneficial
  • Familiarity with manufacturing industries is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
