Job Description:
- Overseeing Project Management Including Managing All Stakeholders And Keeping An Eye On The Time Line
- Designing Risk Mitigation Plan
- Optimising And Improving Processes And The Overall Approach When Possible
- Managing Project And Adapt Work When Necessary
- Conducing Project Review And Creating Detailed Reports For Executive Staff
- Securing Growth Opportunities And Initiating New Projects
- Coordinating All Resources Needed For The Projects Detailed Reports For Executive Staff
- Overseeing All Incoming And Outgoing Project Documentation
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in business/engineering/management/finance from reputable university
- At least 7 years of experience working in a high paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good verbal and written English is a must
- Had the exposure handling high value projects that involves different types of stakeholders (government, private vendors, internal stakeholder, etc)
- Capacity to manage high stress situation
